If you are currently involved in the adoption process we would like to help your family in every way that we can. Be sure and take a look at our resources page and always feel free to contact us with any questions or comments you have along the way. If you need financial assistance we may be able to assist you based on your need and our resources with a Grant.

Please look over the checklist and make sure your are an applicable candidate for a Grant from The OATH Ministry; then simply fill out the application and mail or email us your application, family photo, and any other requested documents as outlined in the application.

•  You must have your home study completed by a licensed social worker

Once you have filled out the OATH Grant Application, print or email the form to us. For our address, please see the Contact page. Be sure to include a picture of your family, and a financial statement (income, assets, and liabilities). Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have any questions. Once we receive your application you will be contacted by us to setup an interview. The OATH Advisory Board will give in consideration to your needs and our resources available at that time.
